The ordering process is as follows:

  • Login to www.direct-menager.com if the customer is not already logged in
  • Choice of delivery method
  • Choice of payment method and acceptance of terms and conditions

The customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

The customer will be able to view the details of his order and its total price, and correct any errors, before confirming his order to express his acceptance.

Shipping and delivery

Any sums paid by the customer will then be refunded in full.

The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered.

The customer will be delivered on Reunion Island by a Lux Reunion consultant. The customer will pay for the order upon delivery.

Payment

Metropolitan France, Martinique, Guadeloupe.

Payment for purchases is made by the customer's choice :

  • by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, issued in France
  • by cheque
  • by Paybox
  • by Paypal

Cheques must be issued by a bank domiciled in metropolitan France and made payable to fp-distribution.com. It should be sent to France-purification, Service Commandes, 36 rue de la Gare, 18380 Ivoy le Pré.

Items ordered are then reserved for 5 days from the order date. After this period and in the absence of receipt of the corresponding check, direct-menager.com reserves the right to cancel the customer's order. The cheque will then be returned upon receipt.

The check will be cashed upon receipt.

Payment validation

Payment is validated on receipt of the cheque in the case of payment by cheque, and on receipt of the additional information requested in the case of payment by credit card requiring additional verification (Verification: Fight against credit card fraud).

Combating credit card fraud

Information relating to your order is subject to automated data processing, for which FIA-NET S.A. is responsible. The purpose of this automated data processing is to define a transaction analysis level and to combat credit card fraud.

FIA-NET S.A. and France-purification.com are the recipients of the data relating to your order. The non-transmission of data relating to your order prevents the completion and analysis of your transaction.

The occurrence of an unpaid order due to fraudulent use of a bank card will result in the registration of the details relating to your order associated with this unpaid order within a payment incident file implemented by FIA-NET S.A. An irregular declaration or an anomaly may also be subject to specific processing.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to all your personal data at any time. This reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 30 days.

The customer has a period of 3 days from delivery to make any reservations or claims for non-conformity or apparent defects of the items delivered, by e-mail via the contact form; or by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: fp-distribution.com, 36 rue de la gare, 18380 Ivoy le Pré.

Once this period has elapsed, and in the absence of compliance with this formality, the articles will be deemed to be in conformity and free from any apparent defect, and no claim will be validly accepted by direct-menager.com.

If the apparent defect or the lack of conformity of the article is proven, direct-menager.com undertakes to replace the item or reimburse the customer as soon as possible at its own expense.


This reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 30 days.

Please note that the legal warranty does not apply to the repair of damage resulting from an external cause (e.g., fall, shock, lightning, current fluctuation, water, fire, etc.), or from a fault on the part of the customer resulting, for example, from use or installation that does not comply with the device's specifications, or from use that is detrimental to the proper preservation of the part.
In all cases, direct-menager.com will not be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply its warranty for the above-mentioned reasons.

direct-menager.com cannot be held responsible for the misuse and/or intensive use of the items by the customer.
