All items offered by France-Purification are subject to the legal warranty stipulated in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
In order to benefit from the product warranty, it is imperative to keep the product purchase invoice.
Warranties do not cover :
- replacement of consumables (dust bags, filters, Hepa filters, carbon filters, hoses, tubes, brushes, etc.).
- abnormal or improper use of products.
- defects and their consequences arising from use that does not conform to the use for which the product is intended (domestic use).
- defects and their consequences due to any external cause.
The customer has a period of 3 days from delivery to make any reservations or claims for non-conformity or apparent defects of the items delivered, by e-mail via the contact form; or by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: France-Purification, 36 rue de la gare, 18380 Ivoy le Pré.
After this period and in the absence of compliance with this formality, the items will be deemed compliant and free of any apparent defect and no claim can be validly accepted by France-Purification.
If the apparent defect or the lack of conformity of the article is proven, France-Purification undertakes to replace the article or to reimburse the customer as soon as possible and at the customer's expense.
This reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 30 days.
Please note that the legal warranty does not apply to the repair of damage resulting from an external cause (e.g., fall, shock, lightning, current fluctuation, water, fire, etc.), or from a fault on the part of the customer resulting, for example, from use or installation that does not conform to the specifications of the device, or from use that is harmful to the proper conservation of the part.
In all cases, France-Purification cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply its warranty for the above-mentioned reasons.
France-Purification cannot be held responsible for the misuse and/or intensive use of the articles by the customer.
