Customers can place orders on the www.france-purification.com website, or by telephone from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm, on 02 48 58 04 55.
The ordering process is as follows:
- Select items and add to basket
- Validation of basket contents
- Login to www.france-purification.com if not already logged in
- Choice of delivery method
- Choice of payment method and acceptance of terms and conditions
- Payment confirmation
The customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
The customer will be able to view the details of his order and its total price, and correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance.
France-purification.com reserves the property of the articles until the complete payment of the order, that is to say the collection of the price of the order by France-purification.com.
France-purification.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or who presents any form of risk in its eyes.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items available for sale.
France-purification.com undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of one or more items ordered, France-purification.com undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible, and if necessary to reimburse the customer at the latest within 30 days following payment of the sums paid. The customer's order will then be automatically cancelled.
