All orders placed on the France-purification.com website before 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be prepared and shipped the next day (except Saturday and Sunday), subject to payment validation (see paragraph: Payment Validation).
France-purification.com undertakes to deliver the items ordered and paid for by the customer within the agreed delivery times. If the said items have not been delivered within 7 days of the delivery date specified in the order, and if this delay is not due to force majeure, the customer may cancel the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: France-Purification, 36 rue de la Gare, 18380 Ivoy le Pré.
Any sums paid by the customer will then be refunded in full.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered.
Any anomaly concerning the items (damage, missing item compared to the order form, damaged or opened package, broken or defective item, etc.) must be indicated within 3 days of delivery.
All items offered by France-purification.com are subject to the legal warranty provided by articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. (See paragraph: Warranty)
