After this period and in the absence of receipt of the corresponding cheque, France-purification.com reserves the right to cancel the customer's order. The cheque will then be returned upon receipt. After this period and in the absence of compliance with this formality, the items will be deemed compliant and free of any apparent defect and no claim will be validly accepted by France-Purification. If the apparent defect or the lack of conformity of the article is proven, France-Purification undertakes to replace the article or to reimburse the customer as soon as possible and at the customer's expense.
This reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 30 days.
